Zoom Errors When Creating Events

Has anyone run into error messages while trying to create a webinar event in Docebo (our account is paired). We just keep getting error messages when trying to schedule, and notice that our webinar templates are not showing up when we try to select one. Anyone else with this issue?

ah yes, the dreaded Server Error...perhaps check the following.

  1. Have you tried to change the password? If yes, that may be it. We leave it with whatever is populated when we create the event; the auto-generate PW also does not work for us
  2. the account you're using does not have the permissions for either Meetings or Webinars
    1. that’s another common issue

These are the more common issues we saw during testing...hopefully that solves your issue.
