Discussion Questions:

  1. Jocelyne's "fake it till you make it" mindset emerged from necessity. When has "betting on yourself" paid off in your career, even if you felt unprepared?
  1. Jocelyne had a breakthrough when her executive coach helped her embrace vulnerability. How has asking for help impacted your growth as a leader, or what prevents it?
  1. Beyond pay, how is your organization evolving its "Total Rewards" to include wellness and growth? How is AI impacting your views on skills vs. degrees in talent development?

@alicia.cheung this episode might have been my favorite so far. Jocelyn has such a thoughtful even toned way of approaching some really stressful topics IMO. I really valued her insight on equitable compensation practices and even the way she replied to a tough question from a colleague with “Let me research that and get back to you.” Gosh! I could probably right an entire paragraph on each question. Thank you for your time and skill in putting this together LIL Team!

“Fake it ‘til you make it” shouldn’t be the finish line.

Jocelyne shares what happens when you outgrow the act and step into authentic leadership.

From landing a director role while battling imposter syndrome to unlocking her true potential through executive coaching, this story is a must-watch for anyone who’s ever felt like they didn’t belong at the table.
