My team and I are starting to build a “How To” course for all new hires. For many of our users, this is their first time using an LMS. We've already drafted sections on how to use the search bar, navigate the side menu, and find onboarding plans.

When folks have had questions or needed assistance in the past, how did they reach out? If you use a ticketing system or have a dedicated inbox, it might be worthwhile combing through the last few months of outreach to see if there were common issues being submitted.
+10I’d say it depends on how you set-up your homepage and other apps and pages, etc. but if your users have never used an LMS, I would recommend you keep it as simple as possible to start and create a plan to gradually grow your site to add more options, pages, etc.
