Our AI Support Agent has been actively learning and improving in the Help Center. Now, we're moving its power directly to you with a new AI-powered chat experience.
What's Happening in Phase Two?
As part of our ongoing commitment to enhanced support, we're now activating our new AI-powered chat experience for some of you. During this initial phase, it will be available on selected customer platforms - primarily those with enhanced support packages - during specific operational hours each day. This phased approach allows us to gather feedback and continue refining the experience.
Our goal is a full launch to all eligible customer platforms in July.
