I’m curious as to how this may work for our use case.
We currently don’t use learning plans or Docebo ecommerce, all courses/licences are purchased via our website (mainly industry compliance training). Our certifications are set to not allow Users or Power users to renew enrolments themselves, and they will never see the Renew Now button.
Instead following User’s expiry notification being sent, user’s enrolments are archived with their course tracking reset (and certification unassigned if needed for courses attached to external certifications), allowing a new completion on the same course. We never re-enrol Users during archiving as the course must be purchased again via our website.
Will the new certifications revamp allow for automatic enrolment archiving and course reset and potentially unassign their current certificate (if external), based on expiry rules without re-enrolling the user at that point?
