I am always excited to participate in PDGs. It is fun to be involved in improving Docebo for our users, admins, and stakeholders.
In Q1’24, I deployed a new use case using certification and retraining and have run into some glitches along the way. I am currently looking at workarounds and the impact to the design that is currently in place.
Knowing that this effort is in progress, I’m wondering if I should keep the current manual process in place while waiting for improvements. Not knowing the timeline expectations makes that decision difficult to make.
If you have a timeline or a communication plan, please share. I know you collected a lot of ideas and I know this group would be interested in knowing what the priorities are.
