We need a way to automatically enroll learners into specific ILT sessions, especially for recurring events like our monthly Community of Practice. To streamline the learner experience, we currently manage all events within a single ILT session to keep learner experience simple:

Learners enroll once and get calendar invites for each monthly event

No need to manage multiple sessions or re-enrollment

Easy to update event details within the same session
However, we have come up against some big barriers:

No way to trigger learning evaluation surveys per event

Learners only get credit for completing one session, no matter how many events they attend

To track completions or surveys per event, we’d need new sessions—meaning manual re-enrollment each time
