My Skills Get Started Pop-Up

Hi,

After the recent navigation changes in Sandbox, the My Skills – Getting Started pop-up is no longer appearing when users log in. Previously, this pop-up would appear automatically and allow users to begin configuring their skills. Since the change, the pop-up does not display, which prevents us from proceeding with the usual setup process.

Has anyone else experienced this in the new Sandbox environment?

The "My Skills – Getting Started" pop-up is triggered when the My Skills channel (or another AI-based channel) is set to Published in your platform. When it's active, users see the pop-up on their next login prompting them to configure their job title and select skills.

After major navigation or UI updates in Sandbox, I've seen this kind of thing happen in a few environments I've worked with — a primary release preview can sometimes reset or affect channel publication states, especially in Sandbox where changes roll out earlier for testing. Worth checking: go to the channel list in your admin panel, find the My Skills channel, and verify the Published toggle is still green. If it got flipped off during the update, reactivating it should bring the pop-up back for users who haven't completed their skill setup yet.

That said — and this is important — Sandbox is a preview environment, and behaviors there don't always reflect what will happen in production. If the channel is still showing as Published and the pop-up still isn't firing, this is likely a bug introduced with the navigation changes, and I'd recommend opening a ticket with Docebo Support directly. They can confirm whether it's a known issue in the current Sandbox build or something specific to your instance. Sandbox-specific bugs tend to get patched quickly before the GA release.
