We have set a group of power users that have on their homepage the approvals widget and so are able to authorise the user groups that they have jurisdiction over onto courses when requested.
We are however having an issue with courses that are fully booked. The PU is not able to simply approve the request, the request remains there on their widget until someone from the admin team moves the user onto another date or deals with their request in some other way.
Does anyone have a solution to this?
