I’m trying to better understand how the AI-driven skill suggestion works in relation to job positions within the platform.
For example, when entering the job position “Payroll Analyst”, the system suggests some skills that seem quite irrelevant, such as “Food Counter Management”. This kind of mismatch raises questions about how the AI determines which skills to suggest for a given role.
- All skills set are available to everyone
- All custom skills
- Connected with AI based channel
Job Position = Payroll Executive Job Position = Payroll Executive
Could anyone with knowledge of the underlying AI logic or recommendation engine explain:
