Hello!

Is there a way to move active enrolled learners from Course A to Course B from within Course A?

TIA,

Sarah

you can use the CSV import to unenroll and re-enroll. That should be quicker. Run a report for course A then use the data in that report to unenrroll them from course A and the same data to enroll then in course B.

other than the obvious, un-enroll from course A and enrol in course B, was there some other way you were hoping to doing this? You can copy a course and during that process, assign the same users in the original course to the copy. Is that what you intend to do?

I was hoping to do a mass enrollment from one course (old) to new course. We had an updated safety video come over from our supplier but there are 100+ employees who were just assigned the older course. I was hoping for a quick and simple solution to moving them.

Thanks,

Sarah

Thank you! I didn’t know that a CSV file could unenroll learners, that’s good information to have.
