Has there been an update from Docebo on this topic? I am very keen to know their plans on adding this functionality. This year we created a multi-language course to minimize admin works, but still, we need to do monthly/annual enrollment cadence. This has been in my wish list and hopefully I’d not have to do again recreating of the same set of courses, also, managing the same course titles can be too confusing.

Without auto-archiving for wbts, we are all kind of stuck. But it is awesome to see a PDG being formed to help answer a critical problem.


Is there any progress on creating a way for learners to be automatically restarted in a course once a certification has expired? The problem still exists that learners need to know to “renew” via the certifications and retraining option (which is not intuitive, even with the tab for certifications to renew in My Tasks). Learners are used to going to and retaking Courses… When they see a course tile that says “Completed,” they don’t think to dig deeper for a certification that needs to be renewed (for compliance training). They really aren’t certifications… We merely had to create them in order to deploy the certifications and retraining app for courses that need to be completed every 365 days.
