If I archive enrollments in a course for those temp employees that may return the following year, can I re-enroll them into the same course upon rehire, or do I have to create a new course (new title) with the same material to enroll them into?

If you use the option to “reset” + re-enroll, during the archiving process, they will be able to take the course anew when they return to work. 


Them having to take it in the future is a big IF. Trying to use this feature to show they were once enrolled, didn’t complete it and then mgmt decided to remove them just to clean up training records…   not sure if this is the best way


you can archive enrolments whether they are completed, in progress and/or Enrolled only. So if want to show they never completed, that is OK to archive and will be retained on the user record.
