Hi! Looking for best practices here. We have a few use cases where after a period of time, or a cert expires, an employee has to re take the course. But we need to keep all records of completion. From my testing, it will either keep the original date of completion, or delete the historical info and re assign as a new course only keeping the most recent date of completion. Does anyone have similar use cases and best practices they can share?

have you tried enrolment archiving? Sounds like what you need...It allows you archive the completed record and choose to reset, re-assign, or not, the user in the same course.
