We launch new ILT offerings quarterly by adding sessions to existing course shells and creating new course shells for brand-new courses. This quarter, we’re also updating the titles of some existing courses.
I’m curious how you all handle this type of change. From a data and reporting perspective, is it preferable to:
- Create new course shells with the updated titles
- Update the titles in the existing course shells and continue using them
