Hi all.

I had a Power User ask me why nothing happened when they tried to add a cover image to their Header layout. I tried it on my own & had the exact same result. Which is to say no result at all. No error message or anything, it just didn’t work at all.

Has anyone observed & overcome this issue before?

Apologies for not being clear; I’m referring to this:

I have added it to a course, but if I view it as a learner I cannot see it.

I am going to take a stab - are you all using the new course player? Without it - these wont show.

Yes, we are currently using the new course player.

I wonder if you have any custom CSS that could be hiding the header?

Or are you saying that the default header is visible, instead of the image you added? If it’s the latter, one thing you could do is to try adding it again with your browser developer tools open. The network tab could help to reveal any errors that may not be surfacing via the UI.

Hi @NateC, I just wanted to reach out and ask whether you were able to discover the cause of this behavior? If you’re still having trouble, I’d love to connect you with our support team so we can get this figured out.
