Hello,

Is there a way to change the order of courses appearing the course management? We are creating course for certificate access only for courses people have completed in the past that have an expired accreditation number tied to their certificate but these course are coming at top but would like to move them them to bottomed of the list since they are “active courses” and don’t need to visible as the top.

Thank you

Not by default. You can sort the columns that allow it but you will need to do that each time you access that screen.

Good afternoon,

I am gonna expand what you said Mark @lrnlab. Course Management is one of the few places that have “sticky searches” that do not need to be reset with every reentry into the tool. @kebro - so you can do it essentially - set your filters and put some text in the top level search and you can do things that are neat with it to mimic a “view” for you. - BUT unfortunately, it is sticky for just your session and you cannot make your “filtered configuration” a type of “view” for yourself.

Somewheres in the annuls of this site, I put in an idea about it….

@lrnlab @dklinger I saw I could change this per session but hoping was for more permanent solution, especially for the instructors. Thanks for your responses.

If this is for your instructors, you could create a catalogue for them (assuming you have a way to identify and perhaps place them in a group). With the catalogue you can apply a default sort order. You will likely need to build a new page and menu to align visibility for your instructors only.
