I have over 200 checklist that are in process.  I have no idea where they are hung up. The dashboard does not give me enough data to act on nor does it have export ability.

Also how do you move a checklist to another manager or delete it altogether.

The gap between online and on-the-job training (OJT) can be closed by the use of Observation Checklists. An OJT expedites the procedure for confirming that workers possess the skills necessary to do the task at hand. It also keeps track of everything automatically to guarantee that your records are always correct and current.

The purpose of the Observation Checklist function is to assist with company and regulatory compliance efforts. We would need a 'Reviewer' or 'Observer' role to be added to Docebo, allowing peers, supervisors, managers, or independent third parties to complete the evaluations.

These checklists would need to be completed annually and adhoc and records kept - this is a requirement from regulators.

Keeping the checklists simple would eliminate the need for training reviewers/observers on how to use the OJT.

Use the OJT to mark courses complete.

The OJT available in Docebo does not meet the most minimum of our requirements since it can only be assigned to an individual - assigning to a poweruser profile is a must.

What we need:

  • A simple mobile interface tailored to meet the reviewers needs when reviewing users meeting the requirements of a checklist of items (anytime, anywhere on any device)
  • A simple workflow to enable the reviewer to find the user they are going to review and grade them according to predefined checklist options.
  • The ability to pause a review and resume later since the review does not always happen in real-time.
  • Pass/Fail (meets/does not meet requirements) a user for a given Review and add comments.

Reporting
We have over 10,000 employees in a division that need to report on multiple OJTs.

An OJT would eliminate the need for paper-based checklists that are inefficient while keeping records up-to-date inside Docebo.

The current reporting in Docebo is limited and does not provide the clarity needed.

We need to be able to report on all the questions, comments and any attachments.

We would also need to provide the same for multiple years of records.
