It’s me again! I have a question about courses.
I would like to set up a 2025 version of a course (we currently have 2021 and 2023 versions active and are running them alongside each other) but I want to combine the courses to have all the two merged together. I’m okay with getting this information and I now have the course 2025 and all of our people enrolled on it by duplicating the course. However, some of these have completed the course and others haven't and there is a renewal attached to this. I ran off a report for completions for the course and have set up renewals for it and it’s looking good.
My problem is that I have all of the people in enrolled status. I need to update the ones who’ve completed it, so I know where I am at. I have tried to do a CSV upload with the added field of the completed status but it gives an error saying everyone is already enrolled.
I’ve heard about API’s but I don’t know how to use them and if our ICT team would allow this too. Is there any way I can get this updated in an alternative way?
