One of the members of my team would like to receive a report on a weekly basis that tells her whenever new staff members with a specific job title are added to Docebo so that she can enroll them in an ILT session. We don’t want to automatically enroll them in the course, especially since you can’t specify which session/events they are enrolled in using enrollment rules.

Does anyone know if there is a way to create this report? I was hoping there was a way to create a report of anyone recently added to a Group, but I’m not seeing anything yet.

Thank you in advance!

If your profiles include any custom data like the hire data and job title, you can send her a weekly report. You might be able to use the “creation date” as a means to only include users created within a certain time period…

Thank you for your response. I completely overlooked the “Users” report when I was looking at Custom Report options, and that’s exactly what I needed. I’ll leave this up in case anyone else needs something similar.

For my use, I created a Group that captures anyone who meets the criteria necessary (hire date and job title), and then I created a “Users” report that displays everyone in that group.

This was a clear case of overthinking things! :)

haven't checked but you may be able to repot on the group(s) the users are in in your filters...something to check as well.
