Hello! We created custom badge images using the size specs provided by Docebo, but viewing them from our mobile app, the images are extremely pixelated and blurry. We’ve had a ticket open for weeks trying to resolve, and have even adjusted our image size multiple times based on recommendations from the support team with no success. We’ve been told that the API that moves the badge images into the mobile app transforms them to 128x128 so we tried that size, but that did not help and they were still pixelated on the app.
Does anyone know how Docebo creates their stock badge images? Looking for the software they use to design, how they export, the size, quality, etc - anything that we might be able to try to replicate on our end because so far, we’ve had no luck. Their stock images look sharp and clean, but our custom ones do not :( Thanks!
