At the minute we track cancellations reasons for classes which we run, so we can see and monitor reasons for non-attendance as well as using this as a record of multiple cancellations.
I have built some Enrolment Additional Fields, however, is there a way to set them at Session level as it currently looks like its set at Course level? I would also be interested to get opinions on how we should mark their enrolment status once they have cancelled the session they are booked on, as we would want them to be able to be enrolled on the Course still so we don’t loose the tracking data.
