I am getting very confused with enrolment CSV’s. As our go-live date is approaching I would really like to master this, rather than manually having to enrol staff onto 100s of ILT courses.
I have tried 5 different times and each time I try it gives me a different reason for failing which I have then fixed and sorted. Now it when I go to upload the CSV it tells me I have 28 lines of data on my spreadsheet to import, which is very wrong considering there are only 2?
Is this a glitch? or is there a fix? I have been trying with different spreadsheets and it keeps giving me bigger numbers for the same 2 enrolments and I am getting really confused!
