Is there any way to send a notification to Power Users or Admins that there are External Training items pending approval? It’s not very practical to have to keep opening the External Training app to check.

You can export this data in the Users - External Training report and it has an option to view “approved”. You can schedule it to be sent on regular basis…

+1I like your solution but it won’t work for our use case, unfortunately. We have 400+ customers with thousands of power users - we would have to make individual reports for each customer so they get notified.
