Hello world! 😎

My team is working on implementing gamification within Docebo, and I would like to understand with you the feasibility of some ideas we came up with.

In detail, we would like to have:

  • A "public" profile page for each user -> a custom page (not the default one) that can be viewed by other users within which to see badges, skills, and courses completed by other users of interest to him (e.g., manager)
  • Assign points for daily access on Docebo
  • Display skills/competencies on personal profile (this should not be a problem, except for manual association of courses-competencies)
  • Provide an “advancement” of the user -> e.g. with 100 points you are beginner, when you get to 1000 you become novice, and so on.

Have any of you developed something similar? Do you have any other ideas and suggestions that might be helpful?

As always, all your support and advice is super helpful to us.

Thanks in advance to everyone! 😘

gamification is not that advanced...while you can award badges/points manually, the app does not award points based on just accessing the site...they can only be tied to actual course completions and most of the Coach & Share actions...perhaps this will be helpful
