We're trying to get the structure right in Docebo.Here's what we're aiming for:We want to build a single course experience that includes:Pre-work: Self-study stuff like videos, quizzes, readings (Learning Objects). Main Workshop: A required live workshop (VILT) everyone attends. Individual Coaching: Optional 1-on-1 coaching sessions (also VILT) that folks need to sign up for.What We've Tried & Our Snags:Learning Plan: We know this is an option, linking separate courses, but it feels like overkill for this scenario and we'd really prefer to keep everything under one course roof if we can make it work smoothly. Single Course Setup: When trying this, we're hitting challenges: Finding the Pre-Work: All the self-study materials (Learning Objects) end up in a widget/section way down at the bottom of the course page. People often miss this stuff because they don't scroll that far. Is there a good way to make these materials much more visible and obvious, maybe in a persistent menu on the left or something similar? The One-Session Limit: We need people to attend the main workshop and also sign up for an optional coaching slot. We've now confirmed the Docebo limitation that learners can only self-enroll in one session per course. This obviously stops our plan of having them sign up for both the workshop and coaching within that same course. So, the big question is: how are others handling this? If you have a course with a main event plus related optional sessions (like our coaching), what workarounds or alternative structures are you using within Docebo, given that learners can't self-enroll in multiple sessions? So, We're Looking For Ideas On:Making self-study Learning Objects highly visible and accessible within a course page (not buried at the bottom). Creative solutions or best practices for managing a required event plus optional session sign-ups within the Docebo ecosystem, knowing learners can only self-enroll in one session per course.
