Help reporting on manager's listed on the Team Member tab

Hi, 

I need some help with reporting on Team Members fields in the user profile. I’ve setup multiple managers that can be assigned to a user. How do I get a report with these new manager fields?  I’m using the Custom Report: New Report > Users

  • Manager
  • Assistant Manager
  • Lead
  • Safety Manager

The Manager field displays on reports. The Assistant Manager, Lead, and Safety Manager fields do not display on reports. 

New Report > Users report field options shows the Manager and many of the fields from the Additional Fields tab, but none of the fields I need from the Team Members tab.

Am I using the wrong report?

Unfortunately, the “other” manager types do not appear in custom reports. I just asked support about this a week ago. Can’t recall if I created an Idea but will do so now and post the link here so you can vote it up if you like.

The option for “other” manager types DOES appear via the My Team page > Reports but it may not be exactly what you need.

Thanks for your reply. I need to be able to run a report that includes all users and any direct and indirect managers. We have one direct manager and then up to 4 additional indirect managers. Any chance you found a work around for that? The My Team Custom report is helpful, but that only shows one indirect manager type at a time.

Only way would be to use the Additional Fields to create the “other manager” fields - not so great. Not sure why Docebo havent thought about reporting on those indirect managers. Feels like gap. We’ll just need to try and generate some interest on that idea to get them to hopefully add this feature in the future .
