Our primary audience is vendors helping our company deploy our systems. These folks are out in the field getting work done. It is an impact to the vendors to pull them in for training.
We have Learning Plans that have a range of training that needs to occur prior to the Instructor Led Training at the end of the LP. This is to prepare the learner for the content in the ILT.
Issue: Folks in the companies (we have seen this with tracking IPs) have used back-office personnel to take the preliminary training. We can also tell because the users show up without the tool installed on the phone that are needed to login to the system, and without the knowledge to be ready.
I have detected this with IP info in Audit Trail, but it is far from perfect.
Do you have problems with this scenario occurring in your systems?
If so, have you found any solutions for this?
I appreciate any ideas you have, whether they are in the system or outside of the system.
