I have hundreds of pieces of content organized into dozens of folders and subfolders in my Central Repository. Is there a report that can identify content that is not in a course or do I have to look in every folder?

@Dack is this what you’re looking for?

the option to look in the descendants appears after you select a folder on the left

That’s part of it.

Is there a report to show…

All the Training Material that has zero usage.

A list showing the course names where the training Material resides

@Dack don’t think any such report exists… @Adam Ballhaussen can you confirm this please? Thx

Found a few ideas on this topic by searching for, “repository report” in the IDEAS portal...please vote on them; i just did.

Yes, please vote. There was already an idea/suggestion documented. I added the following reports to the list.

Add your requests and vote as well.

List of all content in the Central Repository listed by Directory

List of all content in the Central Repository that is in a course

List of all content in the Central Repository that is not in a course

List of all courses and associated modules

List of all Courses that are assigned to users

List of all Courses that are not assigned to users

I am coming from another LMS that had these reports and more and found them to be necessary for my job. Not being able to generate content reports means I need to maintain an offline set of data.
