As a newcomer to Docebo, I apologize if this is a simple question.
Our users who work with ABC are assigned ABC training. This required training has a deadline when it must be completed.
Users who don't work with ABC can also self-register for ABC training. Unfortunately, the self-registered training is still assigned a deadline and the user appears on overdue reports if they don't finish it by the required date.
Would you kindly share how you differentiate between required and optional training within Docebo when it's the same course but different users?
We'd like to avoid penalizing users who are proactively seeking additional knowledge.
