Does anyone have a good approach for auditing that Assignments are being evaluated?
We have a decent number of new hire courses that have assignments that need to be evaluated by an instructor. What we currently have set up:
- Instructors are sent an email when theres an assignment submitted to a course in which they’re an instructor on.
- We also have a task widget enabled for instructors to see assignments they need to evaluated.
- All our instructors are also Power Users, so they can help each other out and evaluate assignments on courses where they aren’t an instructor (so they can help out their peers).
- We also have a report that sends weekly to this group of instructors that shows all assignments / tests that need to be evaluated, but they have to open the report and filter it so that “Completed” assignments with a blank score show (this seems to be the best way to figure out which assignments are pending evaluation since there doesn’t seem to be a column for filtering that).
We’re looking for a way to check that instructors are evaluating their assignments within 48 hours of submission, but I can’t seem to find a good way to audit that assignments are being evaluated.
Does anyone know of a report or other method for reviewing how long it’s taking for instructors to evaluate assignments?
