Hi! Can anyone share some best practices on how to stay connected with your learners? We are building out our strategy for 2024 and I wanted to see what others are doing in this area. Thanks! 

@DRamirez We’re in a highly compliance-based healthcare arena and roll out training quarterly. We have been using almost exclusively push training. We’ve implemented surveys this quarter to measure engagement and satisfaction with the training material. The results and resulting action plans will be shared at quarterly corporate meetings. 

The next thing we’re implementing are pull training job aids for repetitive tasks in Human Resources. 

In short, quarterly push training for compliance, pull training for job aids, and surveys to gage engagement and satisfaction. 

What are you thinking you’ll use? I’m always looking for additional ideas!

One of the things we like to do is use the newsletter feature in Docebo to send an email to users when we release a new course. We've found this to be very effective in re-engaging users who may have been away from the site for a while. The survey feature is also great for gathering feedback from users.
