I have quite a few customers who were imported by csv who were given generic emails from their head office. However, a lot of them are not their real email addresses. What I am doing now is going in and editing their email address, then leaving Docebo to send a “Welcome” email with login instructions; aka “User has been created” from Outlook. The reason for this is because once the user has been created and the notification sent, the button to turn that on and off disappears. Is there a way to force another
“User has been created” notification instead of sending one manually from Outlook?
