How are you collecting ideas or suggestions from learners inside your Docebo platform?

Hi. Can you give a little more clarity here?

When you solicit ideas from your learners, is it about functionality in the system and/or learning topics?

We rely on our Power Users for functionality suggestions/ideas and meet with them a few times a year as well as having a team in MS Teams for collaboration and comments.

For course ideas, we don’t track that in the system. We ask for ideas to be sent to an email account as well during our events and meetings throughout the year.

Hope that helps,.

Ideally we’d love to get feedback from our learners on what they like about the LMS and what they don’t.

We did create a course that was a survey and promoted it on the home pages of the users we wanted to get feedback from. We have also reached out via email to the users that last accessed the system for the past three months (we do this (sort of) regularly) with a link to the course if they haven’t already filled it out.  Hope that helps. :-)
