In the User Personal Summary Report, there is total hours.

However, when I extract training material time (sec) from Custom Reports, the value is much higher than the Total Hours in the User Summary Report.

Suffice to say, I divided the training material time by 3600 to change seconds into hours. Despite this, the number I get is marginally higher than the total hours represented in the User Summary Report.

For my account, total hours on the User Personal Summary Report is equal to 214 hours and 4 minutes. However, from the extracted Custom Report, my hours are around 608.

I would like to know why there is variance between the two and if I’m making any mistakes in how I get my time?
