Greetings,
We are currently using the bare bones “Administrator has just created a new user” email which includes the username and forces them to reset their password.
I want to add more to it, such as the benefits of the LMS, enticing courses, but I know that most users will just use to reset their password and move on, without scrolling down to view this additional information.
Ideally, I would send a second email that would contain the information above, but there isn’t a trigger for this as far as I can tell.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
