I don’t see how to change the type of a group, though within an Automatic group I see I can change the users to “Manual Assignment”. We need to be able to exclude users based on a number of criteria. So we create an automated group with all that criteria, and we need another group created that excludes those in the 1st group. Since the only way to reference a group in group criteria is a manual group, we need the first changed to a manual group. I tried copying the group but it copies as automatic.
Here’s the use case:
Group 1: Course A & B enrollment statuses complete.
Group 2: Course C enrollment statuses in progress, enrolled, waiting, who are NOT in group 1.
Is my only option to create the automated group 1, export it to CSV, then use that CSV to create a manual group?
