Has anyone else run into this?
We’ve been using DLI for over two years now and just started rolling out the Follow-up surveys. Lately, some of our learners have received multiple surveys for related courses and got confused about which course the feedback was actually for.
It got us thinking—wouldn’t it be helpful if the Follow-up survey included the Course Description to give learners a quick refresher?
Has anyone figured out a way to include that in the survey? Or found a workaround that helps clarify things?
