First time poster here!  Are any of you using the LMS for employee recognition?  We have a program where you can nominate an employee for being remarkable.  It was asked if nominations could be handled in the LMS.  Thoughts?

Are you looking for like the entire process to live in the LMS, or just be able to also nominate from it? If doing the second, does the current process have a form that can be embedded? The first, might want to wait for community release, bet theres better support for this type of thing in there.

Hi @wreinwald welcome to the community!

You may be able to implement some workarounds to get a workable solution in Docebo, but I’m not sure if this will create a good user experience.

For collecting data I’d rather suggest using Google or Microsoft Forms, which may be included in the license of your office suite.

If you really want to stretch Docebo, for collecting names, you may use the Channels and Aske the Expert feature (nominations will be public), or if you want to keep entries private, create a course with a test with an open-text question with 0 points and maybe another yes/no question to which you assign a point which will mark the test as passed. But as already mentioned, it will be a bit awkward to ask people who want to make a nomination to enroll in a course and take a test to cast their nomination.

This will not provide you with any automation, you will need to manually copy the entries from the system and handle them further.
