Hoping someone can help - Our IT team are working on it but trying all avenues.
Last night in the overnight sync with our HR system, there was a mass unenrollment where everyone was unenrolled from training sessions - they weren’t unenrolled from the course shell, but they were unenrolled from date they’d been booked onto.
Anyone any ideas? I’ve got back through the audit trial and can only see the actions performed by the overnight sync, i can’t find what triggered it to do it…
Any ideas/things for me to check?
