My Team Reports - Editing Issue

I was creating a video overview of the My Team page for our leaders, and I noticed that in a few of the takes there was some information not showing consistently. The overdue courses and certifications on the user cards did not show and when I clicked the ellipsis for a Report no menu was available so I could not Edit. A refresh seemed to help but not solve the problem fully as it repeated again. Anyone else experience this inconsistency? I did recently clear my cookies and cache so I don’t think that is the issue. Thanks!
