Newbie here. Please help! I need to report on 3 onboarding learning plans. The report needs to show the courses contained in each learning plan, the learners, and their progress in each course.
Hi - you should be able to get to the data using New Reports, and then building a custom report based on Users - Learning Plans. This report now contains fields for learning plans as well as the courses contained within them, enrollment status, completion dates, and access dates. Hope that helps!

You should be able to create an Insights board to assist you in visually seeing and exporting this content as well. You can use the tutorials and filter using the following to get the data you need.

User Completion Rate in Learning Plans

Course Enrollments & Completions - Detailed Report
