We had an instructor of a course session receive the following error message when she used the direct enrollment link to try to get into the course to log in. 

 

  1. We teach this same course each month, provide the same (direct enrollment link) to all learners and instructors, and have never had this error come up. Anyone know why it did? 
  2. Is using the direct enrollment link not recommended for the purpose of entering courses you’re enrolled in as a learner and/or instructor. If not, what do you suggest? 

Are you saying they have always used the link as a means to access the course and suddenly it’s working differently? 

have you checked your course settings to confirm your enrolment policies are correct?


Hi @lrnlab, yes we’ve always used the link as a means to access and suddenly one of our instructors receied that error message when trying to join using the link. 

 

And yes, the course settings are the same as always.


hmm, so you might try the usual, clearing cache, history, etc. and see if that helps.

I’ve never seen that message so if that doesn't work, definitely log a ticket with support
