New Notification process: We had separate notifications for basic certifications, 3rd party and specialty certification notifications. With the launch of the new menu, ALL expired certifications are getting the exact same email with different subject lines! We can no longer identify the renewal processes separately.
What is the possibility phase 2 update would allow separating expiration notifications??
On a lighter note, we do like the ability to assign managers, PU, to the notification but still must create separate notifications vs one notice for both the manager and the user.
