The current New Course notification is only meant for Power Users/ Superadmins. And the New Training Material added notification send out a notification for each learning asset that’s added to the course. Both these options do not work in our case. Is there a way to notify users when new courses are launched in the LMS?

Would something like that work for you?
+6More manual, but could also have some type of “highlight” module on the home page or course overview pages that highlights the new courses you want to pinpoint.
