Hello, we are having an issue at only one customer location and only with some users which we haven’t seen before. These users are unable to click Next or Play after the initial screen loads. These are xAPI files. We have had thousands of courses completed and no mention of this yet, so I’m certain it must be related to that specific location. Does anyone have experience with this? I’m wondering if it might be an ad or pop-up blocker issue, for example. Thank you!
