I’ve set up several sessions for users to enroll using direct links. Some users are getting calendar confirmation emails and others are not.
Is there a setting I’m missing to make sure users receive a confirmation email with an Outlook Calendar attachment to add to their calendar?
+10We’ve had similar intermittent issues where only some users were not receiving these invites and we could not figure out why. We had a ticket opened but since if difficult to replicate and predict, they have a hard time pinning down the issue. If you can replicate the issue, you might have better luck with support. Definitely open a ticket.
