We created profiles for Power Users to create, edit and export Reports for Training Record purposes. Our Power Users have access to all Users of certain Branches but Reports only pull Users that were in the platform at the time of granting access. Users activated in the platform after the date of granting access do not pull into the Reports. I have searched the Community, University, and reviewed permissions and cannot locate a setting or correction for this issue.
Has anyone experienced this and were you able to find a setting so that when the Power User pulls a Report, it includes all Users at the time they pulled the Report, not when they were given permission?
