We received many questions during the live event that we answered, however, below are the rest of the ones we weren’t able to answer during the live session. There are several so we’ve grouped them by topic and created a table of contents for easy reference.
Automatic Groups

| Currently if someone manually adds a user to a group and if the user is moved to a different branch, that is not part of the group, we have to manually remove them from the group. How does this work in the new update to groups? | We have not implemented any change in this scenario. |
| Will Power Users be able to create automatic groups? | Yes |
| Is there any plan to incorporate automatic groups within other automatic groups? | This is not in our roadmap at the moment. |
| For adding manual groups to automated. Is there a limit to how many manual groups you can add to an automated one? | The limit consists of one group for rule. |
Catalog
| When will the UI/UX be updated for course catalogs? | The new catalog management is planned to be released in the Summer 2025 release |

| Is the AI / Docebo Creator similar to an Articulate type of system where learning material can be built? | Creator does follow a similar philosophy of simplifying and enhancing the authoring experience. While Articulate offers a traditional e-learning content development environment, Docebo Creator integrates pedagogically-informed generative AI tools to streamline content creation. |

Groups
| Will it be possible to automatically create groups based on additional fields, for example, a new manager creates a group that I can add to the Power User to define people who will be assigned to it as an additional field. And will the group mask also be updated, Filter, Export Import - Creation Date and last edit on the Main List? | It is not possible to create groups with this logic, but it is possible to assign users to already defined groups based on rules that depend on the additional fields. Note: managers cannot create groups unless they are given the Power user or Super Admin level. The second part of the question is not clear. |

Insights
| Glad to hear about the insights, but as of now there is no way to edit or customize the dashboard. Would we be able to create dashboards in the future? | If you're a customer on the Elevate or Enterprise package - or a Legacy customer - you have the ability to customize your dashboard and use the Visuals Library to build dashboards with the visuals that matter most to you. For full flexibility, including the ability to build visuals from scratch and access advanced capabilities, the Advanced Analytics add-on offers everything you need, and more. |

| The dashboard has a metric that reflects courses without any training materials. However, there is no way to click on it to generate details. The support ticket I raised for this was responded to with 'There is no way to generate that report easily without manually modifying a few things.' This seems silly since there are already filters applies to generate that metric, seems to me it should be an easy export when you click on the metric to get the details. Thoughts? |
Learning Evaluation
| With the Learning Evaluation release, will this include the ability to customize notifications, sender email, and branding based on the extended enterprise? | With the latest release on Learning Evaluation, you’ll gain access to a new Insights dashboard dedicated to Learning Evaluation. This dashboard gives administrators and power users a comprehensive view of key metrics—making it easier to measure learner satisfaction, training effectiveness, and performance impact, all in one place. While customization options for notifications, sender email, and branding aren’t available just yet, they’re on the roadmap and expected to launch later this year. | I have multiple stores across several states. Managers are set up as power users. They need to be able to create and manage their own certifications. How can we go about this? | There is currently no association between managers and certifications within My Team. If managers have PU-level permissions to manage certifications, the LMS must be configured accordingly to cover this use case. |
| Can you share enhancements to the Manager >>My Team - with Overdue Courses/Learning Plans - visualizations? | A new dashboard for managers will be available in the near future, providing a clear visualization of both already overdue and overdue soon Courses and Learning Plans |
Notifications
| Could you tell me how to find the ID number of a notification? In the old UI, I just moved my cursor over the notification and checked the URL. How can I do this in the new UI? | You can locate the notification ID by opening the specific notification event and referencing the number displayed in the URL {platform_url}/notifications-admin/edit/{notification_id} |

| If you have a default notification for all elearning and then you set a custom notification for a specific course or LP will it ignore the other notification that applies more broadly. or will learners get 2 notifications? | In this case, the learner will receive two notifications. However, we are currently gathering feedback to enhance the new service as part of a second implementation phase, scheduled to begin development in Q4 2025. The feedback reported is among the improvements we plan to incorporate during this phase. |
| Is there a list of Smart Codes of other fields that can be embedded in the Notifications? | All available short codes for specific events are defined here. |
| The notifications need to be still created separately for different audiences? | If the notification is the same, the audience can be managed via the ‘recipients’ tab. |
| Is it possible to send notifications only to users who have not completed their assigned course? | You can use this event. |
| It appears you can only select one type of recipient for notifications. Is there any way to include a copy to the manager, instructor, power user, and/or Super Admin without having to create multiple notifications with the same information? Is it now possible to forward any notification to any recipient (user, manager, superadmin...)? | It depends on the notification events. Here you can find the list of recipients available for each event. |
| Are we going to be able to suppress course notifications on a learning plan and just enable a learning plan notification? | We are currently gathering feedback to enhance the new service as part of a second implementation phase, scheduled to begin development in Q4 2025. | Is there any plan for major updates (eg: Notifications) going forward, for clients to be told specifically which 'group' they are in ahead of when their prod will be updated? | This is not in our current plan. |
Power Users
| When will the "PowerUser menu" be updated like the new Notification? | This specific request is not part of Docebo's roadmap for 2025. We are evaluating for 2026 whether to plan a PU management revamp that could meet this request. |

| Will power user access to channels be coming? | This is included in our Summer 2025 release |
| How can power users see all training history on their users? When a course is deactivated and no longer available in the catalog, the power user cannot see their users training history that they completed these courses that are outdated and no longer available in a catalog. The only work around right now is to add the power user as the direct manager for the user. | At the moment, there is no alternative solution to this limitation. |
| Are there any plans of allowing power users to enroll/uneroll users in courses and not in LPs? | This capability is already available. We have the permission for course enrollment and a dedicated permission for learning plan management. See this KB article for more details. |
Reports
| Will Docebo allow for ADMINs to share reports amongst each other? | Currently, admins can only assign dashboards to all other admins, which makes the dashboard a Featured Dashboard. There is no functionality at this time to share a dashboard with a specific subset of admins. This feature is already under consideration, but there is no estimated release timeline yet. |
