Thank you to everyone who attended our October 2025 Product Release Series webinar on What’s New in Docebo. If you missed it, you can catch it here on demand.

We received a lot of great questions during the live event. While we answered many on the spot, there were some we couldn’t get to. Below you’ll find the first batch of those remaining questions — and we’ll be adding more updates next week. To make things easier, we’ve grouped the questions by topic and included a table of contents for quick reference.

Learn: Multi-language course support

Question Answer
For the multi-language support, can we also select which sessions we're showing to which languages? For this release, we focused on eLearning courses, so we haven’t extended the functionality to sessions yet. Course metadata such as title and description cannot yet be localized. We value your feedback and will keep you posted on future improvements through the PDG.
You mentioned that the language will automatically translate into the user's preferred language. Would that preferred language be based on their Docebo preference settings, or their browser language settings? It would be based on their Docebo preference settings.
What is the experience for a person that changes language mid course? If a learner changes language mid-course, the system switches the visible training materials to the new language. Progress is tracked separately per language, so the progress bar resets to that language, but previous progress is kept in the background. Completion, once achieved, is never lost.
Does the content have to be translated already or does it work on content already in the LMS? The feature allow you to add already translated training materials and properly organise them to deliver training in different language, but it does not allow, course side, the possibility to manage the translations.
Does this new feature open a way to have a mixed experience? Like the primary content is English but additional OPTIONAL folders can be included with translated materials? Yes, it’s possible to organize training materials both inside and outside the language folders. This way, learners must complete the shared materials plus the language-specific ones in order to finish the course.
Does this multi language functionally also apply to Learning Plans? Learners can now filter a learning plan based on the languages available in the associated courses. In other words, the learning plan inherits the multilingual options from those courses, but it does not have its own direct language management.
Is multi language an extra price or certain package or for everyone? For everyone - it is included as part of your core platform.
Excited about this new feature! Would the course card title change to the learner’s language of choice? Languages available will be shown in the course card.
Will the muli-language course support be available for all customers? Yes - it will be available to everyone starting the week of October 6, 2025.
I didn't see localized course title and description, only for the content folder... is it possible? Course metadata localization is on our roadmap, but is not yet scheduled for work. We do acknowledge its importance as a next step to strengthen support for multilingual use cases. For now, we have focused our efforts on what emerged as the primary pain point during discovery — the delivery of the content in different languages — and we will keep you informed when we have a target date for this enhancement in the future.
If a different language is selected, is the course information translated? The course "shell and metadata” is currently not included, so changing the language would not translate that course data.
Do you know how accurate the AI is in terms of translation?

The Multi-Language Course Support feature enables administrators to manage eLearning course content in multiple languages by organizing training materials into dedicated language folders. This ensures that learners automatically see content in their preferred language (or a fallback option, when needed). However, it’s important to note that Multi-Language Course Support does not include built-in AI translation capabilities. It’s designed to manage and deliver multilingual content—not to create translations automatically.

For AI-powered translations, you can rely on Docebo Creator, which offers advanced AI Translation functionality. Recently enhanced with our October release,  Creator delivers translations that are:

  • More accurate and natural – preserving tone, context, and intent.
  • Culturally relevant – ensuring your content resonates across global audiences.
  • Consistent and scalable – helping maintain brand integrity while supporting multilingual training at scale.

Learn: Enrollment soft deadlines

Will notifications be able to trigger based on soft deadlines? Yes, no changes on notifications.
Could you please go over how a course setting (deadline) overrides a LP deadline or visa versa If the course enrollment was triggered via the Learning Plan, the Learning Plan settings are enforced on the course.
Learning Plan Soft Deadline - When applying at the learning plan level, does it work upstream to apply at the course level? Yes, it is then applied to all courses.
Will we still be able to have a hard deadline for Learning plans? Yes, it’s an optional configuration.
If we enable to an existing learning plan, will that have any implications on learners who were previously enrolled and have not yet completed? Learners will clearly see from the interface that the deadline has passed, but they will still be able to continue the course during the soft deadline period.
Optional classes in Learning plans. Is there any consideration of making an optional required setting. For example, you must complete one of three optional 3 courses to mark completion. We do not currently have any plans to introduce a feature that would allow for optional required settings for courses within learning plans.

Currently, the alternative solution we have identified involves utilizing course equivalences. You would need to set equivalent courses within the same learning plan, mark them as mandatory, and completing one course would automatically mark the other equivalent courses as complete.
Is there a plan on the road map to have the option to remove the "time" from the enrollment due dates? e.g. our users have until end of the day to complete that training, not at 7:35am. We assume you are referring to the configuration of the Time Option > Enrollment validity period in the course properties tab. This is enhancement is not included in our current roadmap. However, it is still possible to manage time from the enrollment panel or via API.
Can we archive a learning plan? (Say if users have to complete a learning plan as their annual mandatory training.) The request has been added to our product roadmap, so it is planned for future development but at this time, we don’t have a specific Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for the release.
Are there plans for ILTs to get a soft deadline? The implementation of a soft deadline for ILT courses is currently not roadmapped.

Harmony

Will we have Harmony Copilot for Support if we have NOT activated Harmony Search for our users? Yes, you can activate and keep Harmony Copilot active while keeping Harmony Search off.

Harmony Support would be especially valuable for our power users. Do we have the ability to add custom help materials or limit certain information, given their restricted permissions? Or does the system automatically recognize their permission level?

Will Harmony be able to answer questions that learners ask from courses that have already been created?

Harmony Support will be available for superadmins only at launch.
Is harmony support available in Sandbox? No, it will be released directly to production.
Can the Harmony for Admin create bespoke reports that are not available on the Reports dashboard? Not yet, Harmony Support focuses on providing users with step by step guidance, automated platform navigation and content creation/productivity tasks for administrative tasks.
When will Harmony for admin be released? With the October 2025 release, which will start rolling out to all platforms on October 6.
Harmony Copilot - can it complete tasks for us in the platform? In the future, Harmony will be able to complete fully automated tasks and workflows on the platform, such as user management and reporting. Today, Harmony copilot guides you through the task workflow, navigating you through the platform. We do not have public-facing documentation available at this time, but we will provide additional details on Harmony capabilities and use cases in the future.
Will Harmony Search support searching the actual content of SCORM modules and video files, rather than just their titles?

We can confirm that Harmony Search can search the actual content of supported SCORM modules (Articulate Rise/Storyline, Go1, OpenSesame) and video/audio files by generating and indexing transcripts. This allows users to ask questions and receive answers based on the full text or spoken content, provided the content is eligible (i.e., supported, visible to the user, and with a generated transcript). For more information, see the Supported content types for AI processing in the Harmony Search help article.

"Audio transcript" also includes the audio transcript of videos, if available. In addition to being a supported content type, the content must have an actual generated transcript. For example, if a video is of a supported type but only features background music and no speech, no transcript will be generated, and therefore will not contribute to AI-generated responses.

More information for the Transcript Available section in the help article:

As reported in KB, to be used as a source for AI responses, platform content must:
Be of a type that supports transcript generation (a prerequisite for its use by the AI engine).
Have a good-quality transcript available.

You can find more details in the Content Used for Harmony Responses section:

Tests, surveys, and private or unpublished content are excluded. For older SCORMs, coverage will be expanded as retroactive reindexing is completed. → For information on how other content will be handled, see the Notes on Legacy and Older Content.

We currently have an internal AI assistant for our Power Users. Is there opportunity in the future to connect Docebo’s Harmony prompting to our internal assistant? While this specific integration is not currently planned, we are interested in exploring it further to gauge interest.
Is the Harmony enhancement for Power Users as well or only Super Admins?
Is Harmony Copilot available for power user?
Is there a timeline on when Power Users will have access to Harmony Support?
When will the Harmony co-pilot be available for power users?
Harmony copilot for Power Users is on the roadmap, with an estimate of early 2026.
Will Harmony help on pages creation and CSS? At this time, Harmony does not yet support page creation or CSS customization. However, we’re excited to share that workflow automation capability for Harmony is planned for release in 2026, which will significantly expand its flexibility and customization potential. This future enhancement aims to make it easier for admins to automate and personalize their learning environments with greater efficiency. In the meantime, we encourage you to join the Harmony Product Discussion Group (PDG) in our Docebo Community. It’s the best place to stay informed about upcoming developments, share your use cases, and directly influence the evolution of Harmony’s features.
Is Harmony available for superadmins only or also various power users? Harmony search can be enabled for all users. Harmony copilot is current available to Super Admins only. Enabling for Power Users is on the roadmap, with an estimate of early 2026.
Is Harmony an in-house creation or is it connected to another LLM model? Harmony is an in-house solution developed and fully managed by Docebo. It’s built on our proprietary AI framework designed to deliver intelligent, context-aware assistance across the platform. When you interact with Harmony, your requests are processed through an internal AI orchestrator—a system that interprets your intent and determines the most effective way to respond. This orchestrator allows Harmony to leverage multiple AI models when needed, ensuring responses are both accurate and relevant.
Docebo’s AI ecosystem is built on a combination of trusted large language models (LLMs) from leading providers, including Anthropic and Nova (via AWS Bedrock), OpenAI (via Microsoft Azure), and Gemini (via Google Vertex AI). All of these operate within Docebo’s secure infrastructure, ensuring the highest standards of privacy, data protection, and compliance.
Are we able to enable/disable this feature? The team needs to test this before having it live. and will it be also available in Sandbox for us to perform testing? Yes. Harmony Copilot can be turned on or off using a dedicated toggle in the Control Panel available in both production and sandbox environments. When enabled, a new Harmony Copilot card appears on the Artificial Intelligence page, allowing you to configure or disable the feature as needed. You can also use the Preview Mode to safely test Harmony Copilot capabilities before making them available to all users.
Does our data leave Docebo or our own network to utilize AI? Do you have the LLM living in your network or does it go out to the AI providers platform. i.e. does the LLM live in an AWS instance that is private? What is the data flow? Docebo AI features comply with strict data privacy and security standards. For these features, Docebo leverages AI models from trusted third party providers. All data processed by the AI features remains secure within Docebo’s infrastructure. All customer data is kept private and specific to each customer. Inputs and outputs of the AI systems are managed internally, and third-party access is limited to necessary API calls only. For additional information on the models used for each feature please refer to the Knowledge Base article, Overview of artificial intelligence functionality and models in Docebo.

Insights: My Team dashboard

When will the dashboards for managers be available and is it something we need to set up? The dashboard will be visible to all managers who can access the My Team section with the October 2025 release. Nothing to set up on your side!
Can managers quickly see what courses are “overdue” now when clicking overdue? Yes. Managers can now easily view which courses are overdue for their team members through the enhanced Courses and Learning Plans dashboards within My Team (Manager Dashboard). These updates make it faster and more intuitive for managers to identify overdue learning activities and take action right away.
Is the My Team Insights information in real time? Managers will find a banner on top of the dashboard explaining that data are refreshed every 24 hours.

Docebo Content by OpenSesame: New admin experience

If we’re exporting a course from Open Sesame Content Marketplace - does that mean we just have to add all the SCORMs in different languages and set up the multiple language options? Yes, that is correct.
Can Docebo Content only be seen by Admins or by Power users as well? Right now, the Admin view is only reserved to Admins but we will be working on an enhancement to allow power users to access Docebo Content so they can preview and review content.
Will the content automatically update if a new version becomes available, or will it be inactivated if the course is no longer offered? The content should be automatically updated.
Will we get all the info from the course? Time? Accreditation info? Both would be super helpful and therefore i wouldn't have to revisit each course to update. These fields won't automatically populate in this release but we are considering them as a future enhancement.

AI Virtual Coaching

What are the context training limits on the AI Coach?

Currently, AI Virtual Coaching enables authors to incorporate rich contextual information when creating simulations, including background on the company, tone of interaction, and key behavioral focus areas. This flexibility helps ensure the practice session and feedback reflect company's tone and goals.

We’re also exploring new capabilities that would make this contextual alignment even deeper. Specifically, our product and research teams are evaluating approaches, such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), to enable the AI to draw on company-specific content, including internal leadership frameworks and culture documents, in a controlled and secure manner.

In parallel, we’re expanding custom rubric authoring, which will let organizations define clear evaluation criteria and qualitative metrics that reflect their unique principles and leadership philosophy.

Finally, our AI governance framework includes tone and safety guardrails to ensure consistency and reliability, while still allowing for customization within approved boundaries.
